Kelly Carr, who works as Fire Code Counsel in the Bureau of Legal Affairs/Code Development Unit, said her motivation aligns with the Bureau of Fire Prevention to cultivate a safer city for residents, visitors and first responders.
“Together, we make an impact—sometimes small, sometimes unnoticed and sometimes great,” she said.
